Light Brown Apple moth. Photo: Ann Barlow

Ann was walking at Lulworth on 3/01/23 when this tiny Light Brown Apple moth flew past her down onto the ground and was quite active running among the leaves. To enable a good record Ann gently picked it up, photographed it and then returned it to the cover of the leaves.

This species is continually brooded but numbers can be depressed after a cold winter.
