If you wish to print the newsletter as a booklet, we recommend using a recent version of Adobe Reader (which is free) and when you press the ‘print’ command you should see a button saying ‘Booklet’.

You will need to print the pages back-to-back, so (unless you have a duplex printer) use the ‘Booklet subset’ drop down to choose ‘Front side only’, print these pages and then take out the printed pages in a batch, turn them over and re-insert them in your printer; then go back into the Adobe print command and set it to ‘Back side only’ and print.
