Roger spotted this Cinnabar moth in Poole Park on 27/05/26 and sent it to us for identification.

This moth is seen Mid May- early August. It has a long emergence and newly emerged moths can be seen alongside fully grown caterpillars. The boldly striped yellow and black ones that so love Ragwort.
