Two photos from Brian sent in telling us:

We are not seeing many butterflies now, but today, 15/11/2024 the sun is shining in our garden at Harman’s Cross, and I have seen two Red Admirals. This one was nectaring on our Colletia Hystrix which is definitely the flower of choice at this time of year. It has a strong smell and the butterflies and bees love it.
