We will be having our annual AGM/AMM on 2 November. We need help with various tasks and committee roles.As one of the most important parts of the meeting is always the tea, cake and chat, we need offers of cakes and of help in the kitchen doing the serving (and the washing up, but perhaps we ought not mention that!): we know we are short of kitchen helpers, so please come forward if you can.

We also need raffle prizes and someone to run the raffle on the day.

Nigel Spring is stepping down as Chairman, Georgie Laing as Treasurer and Robin George wishes to hand over the coordination of the Transects to someone else, though she will retain the County Butterfly Recorder role. We greatly need help in filling these roles so if you can offer to do anything, please come forward.
