Finally managed a visit to Badbury Rings today 15/06/2023.  Tons of butterflies about including this Small Skipper but somehow I managed to pick a Small Heath ab biocellata (the eye is doubled on the forewing) out of the 80 to 90 that were flying! It was freshly emerged and not able to fly very far which caught my eye.
