A couple of ab’s from Badbury Rings yesterday, 22/08/2021 sent in by Mark telling us:

This is a bit weird! The Chalk Hill Blue (female) was actually differently marked on each wing, something I have never seen before on any species. The images are not that good I’m afraid (especially the shadowy one) which is a shame as I was battling the wind and just managed to grab these couple of images before the wind took it miles away!
