Brian told us that the last two days have been rather Orange when he sent in these two photos with the following comments:

Yesterday I saw a female Dark Green Fritillary in our garden at Harman’s Cross near Swanage, but alas did not get a photo. Today, 29/06/2020 it was replaced by 2 very pristine Silver-washed Fritillaries, and a Comma. See photos. The garden is also awash with Meadow Browns, Ringlets and Marbled Whites, plus a few Large and Small Skippers, Gatekeeper and Red Admiral.
