We are delighted to announce that the Dorset Branch of Butterfly Conservation has reached the milestone of 1,000 members! A very warm welcome to all newcomers. This support is very heartening, and if we can persuade local members to become involved in the Branch, that’s even better: have a look at our Get Involved page to see what you could do.

We are heading into the winter now, so the effort needed is mainly in conservation work (see our Events page), but we will also be having our AGM and our four area meetings to feedback on butterfly results for 2019. Come and find out what has been happening, and if you could help with the organisation of the events, or by being a projectionist or providing refreshments etc, that would be fantastic.

You can contact us via the Contact form on this website, which is monitored by four of us, so you should receive a reply quite promptly.
