Could you help Butterfly Conservation by giving some volunteer time at their HQ near Lulworth in Dorset?
It’s a friendly place, with tea and biscuits always on tap, and you could have the satisfaction of knowing you are doing something to help butterflies and moths, even if indirectly.
Office Manager Natasha says:
“The things that need doing are mainly administrative: you could find yourself preparing mailshots, helping with library filing or whatever else needs doing. We would love regular help, but any time you can give will be gratefully received, and you can be sure of a warm welcome”.
If you are interested in helping, contact Natasha Salaman on 01929 400 209 or email firstname.lastname@example.org, putting ‘volunteering’ in the subject line. It would help if you could say a little about yourself, the sort of help you could give, what time you could offer and, of course, your contact details.
If you haven’t been to the HQ offices before, they are in the countryside on the road from EastLulworth to Coombe Keynes and Wool (postcode BH20 5QP), so your own transport to get there is essential.
