Dorset’s 18th species on the wing this spring is the Wall Brown. This is a butterfly which has declined significantly in inland areas, including Dorset, where it is now mainly seen near the coast. It is seen in a wide range of places when it is present in the area and you may see it in your garden if you live in the right place.
