If you record a site regularly, only a first sighting of common species is necessary each year, unless of course there are special circumstances, e.g. a very large number etc.
It will be helpful if you can include a Six-figure Grid Reference, in the format XY123456, to ensure the correct site is recorded.
Your telephone number is of course optional, but it would help us to be able to contact you, in case we needed to follow up a sighting.
